A heavy portion of my duties at my agency include media relations. I contact editors, writers, producers, and other members of the media to showcase the benefits of my clients' products and services. As of lately, I have been conducting media relations for Johnson Hardware, Royal Outdoor Products, Leaders Bank and The Tapco Group.
This summer, The Tapco Group headed to Iowa to speak with some of the editors at Meredith. While The Tapco Group generally targets trade journals and publication, the Better Homes & Gardens audience is too large to ignore. After a presentation covering several product lines, the Meredith editors were interested in the design potential with the durable Tapco products.
I was charged with creating a slide show that showcased the beauty of the wide range of Tapco colors and textures. After creating a presentation for one of the editors, I was informed that elements of the slide show I crafted would be included on the BH&G website. To my surprise, 4 of the 19 images in the final product included Tapco products.
With a unique monthly audience of ~3 million users (an 11% increase from the previous month*), I am proud to share the PDFs of the slides including the Tapco Group's products.
