It is a new week which has presented me with new challenges.  I enjoy the industry I work in.  However, I feel a wee bit stressed at the agency I am currently working for.

Since May I have been doing all the 'project coordinating' and playing secretary.

Today I have to interview a candidate for a part time position in our office.  I am not a seasoned interviewer and could use some help.

Does anyone have a method or questions that they ask when interviewing someone?

Please send them my way.  I would love to explore different interviewing strategies.  Any help would be much appreciated.
